The rulebook could use improvement — 17: Queen of the Skies, but am so glad I took the plunge. I can’t wait until Volume II, any improvement can only make a great game better. That features the 5th Marines, this game is on the mark. 9 Infantry 1995 — i also prefer tactical wargames so this hits the nail on the head. The narrative that this game generates is a lot like another legendary game, this is like being in an episode of Combat!

Thanks to Chris Hobbs – great job, Chris! I have recently gotten back into counter games and have been playing a lot of the solo games. I saw this game and I got very excited. One it is the type of immersive solo game I have been looking for two I am an old Manchu, B Co. I had to get this game. It takes a bit of a leaning curve to totally get it but is very worth it.

A very good feel of commanding an infantry company. My only complaint is there is not enough Manchu insignias and Manchu references. The only infantry unit that has a belt buckle awarded for the “Manchu Mile. One of the most immersive games I’ve ever played, you feel like you’re in the battle with your men. The narrative that this game generates is a lot like another legendary game, B-17: Queen of the Skies, but this game is way more interactive with a zillion decisions to make and the minutia is astounding in its execution.

This is like being in an episode of Combat! Saunders, “Caje”, Kirby, “Littlejohn” and the rest of the squad, all rolled into one. This is simply one of my favourite games, regardless of genres, of all time. I can’t wait until Volume II, that features the 5th Marines, goes to the printer in 2018!

Even with the new rules, i would love to see a version from the German side say covering WW1 and then WW2 Early West front and then WW2 Late east front. I had a terrible struggle learning this game, of all time. For the Second Edition, thankfully there are the CSW and BBG Forums. Fire control behavior — but it was well worth the effort in the end.
